Ink your passion with INKBOX : An INKBOX review
Icons, images and visualization of things have been a medium for expression in our genes and society even before society had been established. Cavemen and Cavewomen had scrawled on cave walls of their everyday goings and comings and even the natural deities they worshipped like the sun and fire. And throughout our evolution we have clung on to our love for our love for symbolism and visualization even now.
We have integrated these use of symbols into our culture and physical life. Tattoo culture has become a way to express ourselves in a way that hasn’t been possible. Using ink; permanent or temporary; has become a fad and fashion in such a way that we can associate ourselves with our favorite symbols, words and visions on our physical existence. People can see these tattoos and get a certain idea about ourselves without even talking or communicating.
Now more and more outlets have accelerated the spread of the tattoo culture. One problem of tattoos were that once put on it might be impossible to remove because how permanent it is. But now there are more and more technological advances have enabled us to develop temporary tattoos which last for a certain period of time. Today we will talk about one such outlet for temporary tattoos. That is INKBOX.
We will see its features and offers that INKBOX offers.

INKBOX provides tattoo designs and tattoos that you can apply to your body on your own. INKBOX is primarily an online business. You can browse through the website catalogs and order your desired designs and they can be shipped to your locations. From there you get the tattoo and a do-it-yourself kit which you can apply the tattoo by yourself. The process for applying the tattoos is fairly simple. It is explained below.

- The instructions or INKstructions
- Cloth
- Wipes
- The Inbox
The Process
Peel : First out of the box comes the design or the tattoo itself. First, peel off the white backing. If you remember childhood tattoos which came with flavored gum, then you’ll be familiar with the process. While peeling off make sure that the design is facing you at the time of peeling.
Placement : Now it’s time to place the tattoo at the desired body par. Make sure the sticky part is facing down into your body. But be careful that the placing and the shaping is proper because this action is essential for your design to visually present itself. And it has to sit perfect the first time because if it isn’t you might end up having a distant half leviathan stuck to your elbow. Just saying.
Wiping : There is a small wipe packet inside, take wipe out and wipe on the blue fabric of the design. Dampen the blue area with alcohol before wiping. Make sure to avoid the white edges close to your skin.
Zapping : Now it is time to open the cloth bag, Tear the cloth bag corner, and take out the cloth. After this place your cloth inside the microwave for about 10 seconds. If the cloth is too hot then let it cool off. It should be warm enough to touch at the time of applying.
Pressing : Now it is time to press down the cloth on to the tattoo. Put pressure on the tattoo for about 15 minutes. Keep changing the position of your hand to evenly put pressure on all parts of the tattoo.
Pulling it off : It’s time to pull the paper off from the skin. If the adhesive or sticky substance doesn’t leave your skin then make sure to rinse at the time of peeling off.
Wash : After peeling of the paper make sure that you wash the area with soap and water. Doing so will prevent the skin from having excess ink. Then pat the area to dry skin.
Formation : The tattoo will start to form within the next 24-36 hours.
